Suscipe
Take, Lord, and receive all my liberty
my memory, my understandingand my entire will,
all i have and call my own.
You have given all to me.
To you, Lord, I return it.
Everything is yours: do with it what you will.
Give me only your love and your grace:
that is enough for me.
Prayer for generosity
Lord, teach me to be generous.
Teach me to serve you as you deserve.
to give and not count the cost,
to fight and not to heed the wouds
to toil and not to seek for rest,
to labor and not to ask for reward.
Safe that of knowing that i do our will.
